Raynaud’s Phenomenon in a Patient with a High Eosinophil Count and Hypocomplementemia. A Case Report and Literature Review

This report describes clinical findings of a 28-year old female patient presented with non-healing digit ulcer and Raynaud’s phenomenon. Upon investigation was found to have high eosinophil count alongside hypocomplementemia. diagnosed diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis started on therapy; her other laboratory were attributed coinciding helminthic infection. case suggests the possibility having two different diagnoses presenting at once causing dilemma.
